The demand for rosé wine grows year on year throughout Europe and North America and now with the growth of the rosé wine market in Asia, Lush Blush looks like it is exactly what the wine world needed, a superior fine rosé.


Harvested during the night when the temperature is cooler, then processed early in the morning, with direct pressings, whilst sourcing the best quality juices.

We then cold soak before fermentation on lees. We ferment at 16-18°C, then allow ageing on fine lees, with regular lees stirring in tanks.
